Measuring for fit:
Find a similar sweatshirt or garment from your closet that fits well and lay flat. Use a tape measure or ruler to measure length and width following the guidelines below. Select the size above based on the size closest to the measurements you get.

LENGTH: Measure from high point shoulder to the bottom of the item's finished hem along the back.

WIDTH: Measure from side to side at 1" below the armholes.
