Through the design and exploration process I really tried to think about bringing what I love about sewing into this work. In addition to creating one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces and art quilts, she teaches sewing and jewelry making in San Francisco. Jewelry, the scale and function, provides a perfect framework for her curiosity to run wild. She is compelled by material exploration and by pushing the limits of her creativity.
